Business Development Representative

You will be a key contributor to IdentityForce successfully achieving its next level of growth, and you will maintain disciplined focus on calling and closing prospective customers to receive a demo, and build robust and qualified pipeline’s. You will be a positive and passionate IdentityForce Brand Ambassador, educate prospects on the significance of Identity Theft Protection, and bring a hands-on approach with the highest commitment to quality and excellence. Phenomenal opportunities to move up fast by exceeding expectations of goals and objectives!

 

What you’ll do:

  • Make approximately 75 sales calls per day- You are the quintessential HUNTER!!!
  • Develop new customer relationships with a tenacious zeal via warm and cold phone calls and emails
  • Contact, qualify and close potential customers for scheduled demos
  • Quickly learn everything about IdentityForce products and services, and be prepared to assist, and / or perform web demonstrations to potential customers when and if necessary
  • Collaborate closely with peers and colleagues in Sales and Marketing to ensure a constant feed of leads, and be meticulously accurate managing leads and customer information in SalesForce

 

Who you are / What you bring:

  • You run towards a challenge; You have a flair for ambiguity; You exude grace under pressure, and you have an infectious “Can Do” attitude
  • Consistently exhibit enthusiasm, zeal and a strong business ethic based on honesty and integrity
  • Relentlessly driven to meet and exceed sales goals
  • 1-3 years experience selling B2B products and / or services over the phone, and self-motivated and driven to excel within an environment of change
  • Balanced individual who is naturally creative and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience selling into in one or more of the company’s market segments:  Employee Benefit, Financial Services, Insurance or Associations is BIG PLUS (not a must have)
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or similar preferred
